Dispatch Times
All our bundle ingredients are handmade. Our current lead time is 3 days but this may change at times.
We currently dispatch orders on Mondays & Thursdays.
If you need your order quickly, please send us an email at hellowildwanderers@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Wild Wanderers will not be held responsible for any inorrect or old shipping addresses used. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you use ShopPay / Apple Pay to pay for your items, please ensure you use the correct saved address.
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Pre-Orders
If you order a product that is a pre-order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. If you would like some of your order earlier, please place two separate orders.
Currency
All prices on this site are in ($NZD) New Zealand Dollars.
Domestic / New Zealand Shipping
All orders will be shipped via New Zealand Post. We have a twice per week collection on Mondays & Thursdays of our parcels. Delivery times will vary based on your location. All items will be sent with tracking and a tracking number sent to you. We cannot be held responsible for delays through NZ Post and we will not be liable for any issues with your parcel once it is in the hands of NZ Post. If you are experiencing an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will help you work with NZ Post to resolve the issue.
Delivery times:
Christchurch: overnight delivery once dispatched
Other urban New Zealand: approx. 2 working days, please allow 2–3 working days from dispatch
Rural deliveries: allow an extra 2 working days
Free NZ Shipping: Free standard shipping over $150. Use the code MAGICMAIL at checkout.
Free Local Pickup
We offer free local pick-up, location is in St Martins, Christchurch NZ. Exact address is provided when your order is ready to be collected. To access the free local pickup option - click on ‘more payment options’ at the checkout, add your email and the pickup option becomes available.

Unclaimed items
Please keep an eye on your tracking. If your order is unclaimed and returned to us, we will only refund your order minus the shipping fee. If you received free shipping, our standard shipping cost will be excluded from your refund. We also reserve the right to charge the customer for any return postage charges for unclaimed items.
Returns
We hope you love your order from us. Unfortunately we do not currently offer returns for change of mind or if you provide us with the wrong information for your order. Please contact us within 5 days if you have any issues with your product on arrival, if any items arrive damaged or if you believe the order is not as described on our website. We can then organise an exchange or refund.
